Welcome to the Lake Champlain Islands! Bring your Boat and the State access is minutes away! In my humble opinion South Hero is the most special town on the Island, where apples are the main crop! Fall is a special time here, our forest turns colors! Enjoy biking and hiking trails. The town beach is 3 miles down the road and a lovely place to enjoy a quiet summer's day. Just in case you need the city life, we are located 25 minutes north of Burlington and one hour south of Montreal. The space This is a quest house located next to our office building. The kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor and the bedroom and living area are on the second floor, with a bit of a steep staircase. There is a tiny deck on the second floor with two chairs to watch the moon rise or the sunrise, as it faces east. The parking spot is right next to the front door, no steps to the entrance. Guest access You will have your own house. The garage space is locked and no one will be in there, except to access supplies. Other things to note We are located on Route 2, and therefore during the day, there will be commuter traffic. The night time is very quiet.
