A glass electric kettle and tea bags are available for tea drinkers. This historic property with frontage on the Maumee River has been fully renovated with red oak flooring and artistic decoration. For example, the stair banister came from Fort Industry on Summit Street. In the 1930’s a marina was built next door, and the infamous Beavers Club kept the neighbors up until public outcry forced its closure in 1997. The house is very quiet as it is downhill and behind another building. Balconies are on 2 levels, stunning views from Rossford to the Casino! A 50 inch ROKU above the mantle offers many free channels and access to all your favorites streaming services including ESPN, NetFlix, Disney, Prime and Peacock.
