Welcome to our suite with unique views, work friendly and available for families & couples, When you stay with us you will enjoy of a memorable experience. In a building rising 43 floors above of Hallandale Beach Intracoastal and with views of a Hollywood movie. From swimming in the pool, having fun playing tennis, relaxing in the Jacuzzi, and some other activities, all overlooking the ocean. The space Upon entering, you will find the kitchen with its well-equipped island to prepare delicious dishes. Then you will see the circular dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy tasty meals with family, a partner, or friends. You can take the opportunity to rest on the sofa and enjoy a moment of relaxation in front of the television while appreciating the ocean views that this unit offers. This entire area connects to the balcony, equipped with a set of chairs and a table where you can enjoy our beautiful views from Fort Lauderdale to Sunny Isles along with a nice appetizer. Next to it, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, its walk-in closet, and bathroom so you can feel at home, not to mention its access to the balcony. On the opposite side you will find the second bedroom with 2 queen beds, its own dressing room, and a large window with access to the balcony. You will find its bathroom inside the bedroom, which, in addition to a shower, toilet, and sink, provides a washer and dryer that allows you, if you wish, to keep your clothes in good condition. Guest access The building offers the following amenities: - A ground-floor pool, located behind the building with canal views. - On the 6th floor, you'll find a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball and racquetball courts, a movie theater, a children's play area, a jacuzzi, and a modern gym. All of these offer ocean views, and some also have city views. - Beach access with two beach chairs and one umbrella to enjoy a sunny day. Costs: - Daily Resort Fee = $35 + Taxes - Daily Valet Parking Fee (per vehicle) = $42 + Taxes Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and with an additional charge. Please note at check-out that it is advisable to do so before the stipulated time to avoid elevator congestion and possible delays. 2. Upon entering, please check that everything works and nothing is dirty or broken. If you notice any irregular situation, please inform us immediately so that we can try to resolve it and avoid future responsibilities. 3. Cleaning at check-out: We take pride in offering a clean and well-maintained space. Please help us keep it that way after your stay. An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the service reports that more than standard cleaning was required. 4. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condominium and in all common areas of the building. Use designated smoking areas, if available. 5. Noise and Respectful Behavior: Be considerate of our neighbors and maintain a quiet and respectful environment at all times. The quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am *PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED*. 6. Security and Access: Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals. Close all doors and windows when leaving the condominium, even for short periods. 7. Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency or any problem during your stay, contact us immediately. Additional fees: 1. Smoking in the unit. Fine of $450, no exceptions. 2. Report any problems or damage to your host at check-in, as damages to the unit or common areas that occur during your stay are subject to a fine. This includes, among others, altering the electrical network and other installations. If damages are not reported on time or not reported at all, you will be responsible for repair and/or replacement costs. 3. Pets are allowed for a fee of $100 per animal. Service/ESA animals must be disclosed and provide the corresponding documentation at the time of booking to avoid a possible fine for violating pet rules due to their presence, odors, shedding, etc. Fine of $450. 4. A fee of $25 will apply for each additional guest exceeding the original group of 4 people. Please notify us in advance. 5. A security deposit fee of $250 per stay will be applied at the time of check-in at the front desk. This deposit will be refunded after the cleaning report is processed. This may take up to 8 business days.
