Bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable bed with quality linens, nightstands, smart TV, air conditioning, and storage space for your belongings. The space is designed to be cozy and quiet so guests can rest after a day at the beach or exploring the city. Bathroom The bathroom is modern and clean, equipped with a shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries for your convenience. Other things to note Additional Amenities The condo also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and self check-in with a secure code lock, allowing guests to arrive easily and conveniently at any time. Electricity consumption is not included for monthly rentals exceeding 3 weeks. For weekly rentals, the following electricity allowance is included: 7 nights: 150 kW 2 weeks: 250 kW 3 weeks: 350 kW For stays shorter than 7, 14, or 28 days, the allowance will be prorated accordingly. At check-in, an initial electricity meter reading will be taken, and at check-out, the final reading will be recorded. Please note that this electricity allowance is more than sufficient to enjoy your stay. Most guests do not exceed the included amount. Any additional electricity consumption beyond the allotted amount, or for monthly rentals and longer stays, will be charged at a rate of 5 MXN per kW.
