Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available. The space As you drive up our shared driveway, past our house, go to the top of the driveway and park on the left side of the garage (not in front of the garage doors). The red door on the porch entrance on the right side of the garage opens to the upper level carriage house and a game room available for rainy days. Guest access The last 4 digits of your mobile number is your door lock access. You have full use of the carriage house and the game room. Kayaks are available by the dock. Please return them to dockside and the paddles & life vests to the porch. You may use the fire pit if desired (some wood is available on the Porch and/or by the fire pit). And of course the swing by the lake for sunset viewing. The TV’s (in the apartment and in the game room) have Roku, and will be in “Guest Mode”. You can sign in to your preferred app (like Netflix) with your own log in information. All of your log in and viewing data will be erased at 11am on your checkout day. Other things to note We have a solid grey cat, Ashes, that roams the property. He is friendly. No smoking inside (if you smoke outside, do not leave your butts), no parties, no loud music, no drugs, no pets. See the “House Rules” information in the apartment.
