It has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, guaranteeing guests privacy. The first bedroom has a large double bed and the second has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Ideal for two couples or a family with children. The spacious living room has a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine) and everything you need to prepare a meal. It also has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi with speeds up to 90 Mbps. All rooms offer access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and comfortable sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for relaxation, sea views and the gentle Aegean breeze. It has a private parking area. Flouria House is a "passive house" built according to the principles of bioclimatic architecture. It requires minimal energy for heating in winter and cooling in summer. Its ventilation system guarantees appropriate temperatures all year long and a continuous flow of new filtered air. However, in case of need, the house is also equipped with air conditioning in all spaces. Flouria House is just a few minutes away from the island’s best beaches, among them, the world-famous Golden Beach, but also Punda and its young crowd, Logaras, Tserdakia, Molos, Kalogeros, or Tsoukalia. Some offer sunbeds and water sport facilities (windsurfing, canoeing etc.). Piso Livadi, a small fishing port just half a kilometer away, is an ideal spot for a drink or a meal next to the sea. Marpissa village shopping center is equally close, with a supermarket, a pharmacy, several other shops and fast-food outlets. The nearby villages of Marpissa and Prodromos are well worth a visit.
