This is our two bedroom apartment. Ground floor no stairs. Skylight only. A bit of a bat cave. But has all fun things inside. A 4 person hot tub. Ac. 3 flat screen. Internet. Queen beds with in suite bathrooms. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer. Park Lleras is 2 blocks away. Supermarket is around corner. Bank and ATMs are there as well. Questions people ask us : Can I have guests ? Of course. They all need ID. But yes no charge have friends over it’s your place. The space Important info to consider. As I look for myself to rent a place here in Medellín. I noticed house rules at other places. There horrible. Must register guests before hand. Maximum amount of people is 2 in a 2 bedroom. Fines for this fines for that. At my places. It’s your place. Have guests. Make sure they have ID. We rent to adults. Use good judgement. There is no extra fees for anything. Unless of course you break something. Then we charge you exactly the cost. No upcharge. We even send invoice we paid to fix it.
