Private washer & dryer in the garage. 4. Smart 4K TV (streaming services not included). 5. Fits 10 people max. 6. The place is not suitable for infants. PARKING: 1. 2 off-street parking spots, including the entire garage and 1 designated driveway parking spot. 2. The garage door is standard height and the driveway spot is 9 ft wide, which can comfortably fit cars that are not larger than a standard-size SUV. Can’t fit over-sized vehicles, like mini vans, RVs, tour buses. If you are not sure, please confirm with the host before booking. 3. Free street parking is available, but the spots are very limited at night. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: 1. Please read the "Location->Neighborhood description" section before booking. OUR RULES: 1. No marijuana/smoking/drugs. 2. No pets/animals. 3. No partying. 4. Quiet hours 10PM to 6AM every day. Guest access There are 3 independent suites onsite. Each suite has its own private entrance. You have an entire private suite to yourself, including the entire garage. No indoor space is shared with other people. The driveway is shared with 2 other suites. There are 3 driveway parking spots. Each suite has 1 assigned spot. Please park inside the parking lines on the ground so that every spot has enough space to get in and out. Other things to note ABOUT THE WALL PAINT: Our wall paint uses a very light color. There may be normal wear and tear marks and chips on the wall and baseboards due to daily usage, which is inevitable. It's not dirt and it doesn't affect usage. We are continuously touching up small wall areas with new paint. As a result, there may be slight color differences between the new paint and the old paint. It's not dirt and it doesn't affect usage.
