Stay connected with high-speed wifi and a 55” Smart TV to stream all your favorites. Open concept living room Large bedrooms 2 full bathrooms First floor laundry Long driveway that can fit up to 4 cars as well as street parking Outdoor relaxation: large covered porch, second floor deck, outdoor dining, and firepit area with Adirondack chairs. The house is for listed guests only, no parties or events. Other things to note GARAGE: You must take care of your own trash. Trash can be taken to the town of Webb transfer station near McCaulay Mountain. Trash cannot be left out overnight- **There are bears in the area!!** Transfer station address: 152 McCaulay Mountain Rd. Open hours are 8 AM-noon Additional fee (per bag) will be charged for trash left on the premises. WINDOW AC: There is an AC in the upstairs hallway that help to cool the upstairs on hot days. Please turn off all lights and follow check in instructions for lowering heat/turning off ACs. The best rule of thumb is that the house should be generally left in the same condition that you found it <3
