There are are only two steps up into the house from the garage for easy access even for those with limited mobility. The living room has a couch (turns into a Full bed), work table, and large flat screen smart TV. Free high speed WiFi reaches the entire property (interior and exterior). This house boasts a full kitchen with a dishwasher and ample counter space for its size. A variety of dishes and cookware are provided for dining in. There is also a good selection of mugs and glasses for enjoying those delicious hot drinks or properly chilled adult beverages. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, end tables, USB/110v charging, and large closets. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This house has a full bathroom with a standup shower (seat can be provided). The garage is 22x24 feet and can hold most large highway vehicles less than 7 feet in height. This large space provides warm vehicle storage, a place to change in and out of your gear, or a large "boots-on" warmup area to recuperate while still being dressed to catch those northern lights when they appear again. This is where the washer/dryer are also located and are provided at no extra cost. The main access to the house is the door on the side of the garage. This house has thick 8 inch walls that keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Blackout window curtains in each room allow you to get some shuteye with that midnight sun burning bright. The house is also equipped with a deck and propane grill if you prefer to cook with fire. Outdoor chairs are provided and can be used anywhere outside of the house. The large driveway is paved and will be clear of snow for stress free off-street parking and garage access. This simple home is everything you need for your Alaskan stay. It's a great size for two couples, a family with 2-3 children, or a 4-5 person social/adventure group. Guest access Access to the house will be through the garage man-door on the side of the garage via keypad. Secondary access can be had via the deck. Your group will have full access to the entire living area of the house and garage. Other things to note We kindly ask that you remove your shoes/boots in the garage or on the deck before entering the property ("shower shoes" or slippers are fine if they are clean indoor only attire). The garage has a radiantly heated floor so your stocking feet should be nice and warm during the transition. No smoking in the residence. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of your cigarette butts in the provided trash bin.
