My apartment has just come online and is completely ready for booking, the apartment is very large with five rooms in total, each room has its own private bathroom, the kitchen is shared with a washing machine, each room has its own private bathroom, smart toilet, air conditioning, desk, chair, bedding and towels, the apartment is very conveniently located in the city center, the downstairs is easy to get to and from the metro station M4 and the tram 4/6 is just a 2 minutes walk, Welcome ! The space LOCATION: The apartment is located in the heart of the city near the famous New York Café, the apartment is very conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from the subway station and tram, if you want to go to the Capitol building then just take the subway M2 about 10 minutes to get there only need to take a ride to the Capitol building only 3 stops. There is also a 24 hour supermarket and a McDonald's restaurant downstairs, but of course if you need any other travel advice or restaurant recommendations please contact me! Apartment: The building has an elevator, my apartment has 5 rooms, each room has a door lock and each room has its own bathroom with a smart toilet which is a piece of technological art, the kitchen and the washing machine are shared, I have a fully equipped kitchen with not only all kinds of cutlery, pots and pans, but also a coffee machine (you will need to bring your own coffee capsules), the dining room is very big! But it is forbidden to have parties, because it is a shared apartment so please keep quiet, thank you very much! Room: The room is 1m*2m single bed, I will prepare bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper for you to bring you a comfortable and high quality stay. Attention: 1.This is a shared area so please respect others please keep absolutely quiet. 2. Smoking is not allowed in the room, if you want to smoke you can go outside if any fire or other accidents happen because of smoking then the guest need to bear the consequences. 3. As the kitchen is a shared area, it will be cleaned by the cleaning staff every morning to keep it clean and tidy, so every guest is requested to tidy up the kitchen garbage and wash their used pots, pans and dishes after cooking. 4. If you arrive at the apartment after 12pm then please let me know in advance, although the apartment is self-catering it is necessary to keep in touch at all times in order to ensure that each guest is able to enter the apartment successfully but as this is not a hotel it is not possible to be online 24 hours a day so if you arrive at the apartment after midnight then please let me know in advance and I will be waiting for you. (Please make sure you can follow the check-in rules, your understanding and support is greatly appreciated) Other things to note ⚠️ ——Please note that by making a reservation you accept the following check-in rules 📸 The common areas of the apartment, equipped with cameras, for security. 🕛：Check-in after 00:00AM is an additional 20€.(The apartments are self-check-in and if it is necessary for our staff to stay online until you have successfully checked in, an additional 20 euros will be charged as overtime) 🚭： Please conserve energy, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If you need to smoke, you can go to the balcony, or to the outdoor corridor. If the fire department is called out due to smoking, a fine of 20,000 euros will be imposed. Clean🧹： The apartment is not provided with daily cleaning if you need it you can contact us to inquire about the cost of cleaning, only one towel per person is provided if you need extra towels you will have to pay for it! No extra fee to pay tourist tax, it is already included in your reservation . According to the Hungarian Tourism Policy every guest is required to upload your documents/ID for registration, if you can't provide them then you can't reservation the apartment.
