Excellent for holidays and weekends, and now for home office work as well. Located in a Gated Community full of summer houses, near the Messianic Church of Brazil, with no shops around (delivery tips will be provided by the hostess) Visitors are allowed to spend the day; check for additional costs. Pets are welcome! The entire house is walled, which provides security for your pet; if you keep the gates closed, it is impossible for the pet to escape! The space It has a great outdoor area, with a swimming pool and gourmet space, with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, wood-burning stove and 200 megabytes Wi-Fi, with excellent signal around the house. We cannot forget the warmth of a wooden house with bedrooms, a kitchen, living rooms and bathrooms. The place offers a great space to stroll and walk, or pedal, as the condominium is quite safe. Pets are welcome! The whole house is walled! Guest access The reception of the keys will be available at the condominium entrance. The region has several delivery options, such as a bakery, pharmacy, snacks, pizzeria, greengrocer, market and cheese shops; when making the reservation, we will share the complete list of these food options. The reservoir is close to the house, 500 meters away, with access within the condominium, and you can go down on a jet ski, boat and kayak. Sound policy: Our house is located within a gated community, making loud noise impossible, as we have close neighbors who help care for the community. After 10 p.m., the sound must respect the environment, subject to a fine of up to three nights. 1) Verbal warning from the condominium's security staff. 2) Written warning issued by security. 3) Invited to vacate the house accompanied by the Municipal Guard. Respect the sound limit, keep the environment pleasant so that neighbors can also enjoy the place. For those who like to fish, the reservoir has fish such as traíra piranha, catfish, lambari, and more!
