Outdoors: - Pool with Heater (Heater is Optional, Fee does apply) - Propane fire - 2 dedicated Parking Spots - Outdoor Seating and Dining - BBQ Grill Pool Heater: - Heating the pool is not a requirement and is totally optional - Heater Fee is $55 per day and fee reduces with longer stays - Pool Heater Fee Schedule 1 Day: $70 2 Days: $105 3 Days: $155 4 Days: $200 5 Days: $240 6 Days: $280 7 Days: $315 - For stays greater than 7 days, we will provide a custom rate. - If you choose to heat the pool you are not required to heat it everyday of your stay, you are welcome to only do 2 days if you'd like. - Heater fee will ALWAYS be paid through the Airbnb App. - Once fee it paid, the heater will be turned on the morning of your check-in, as it does take time for the pool to actually heat up.
