The house offers three floors of comfort and style, with space for 6. Main Floor (accessible from the parking area): On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table for cozy dinners. In the sitting area, you can relax in front of the media screen with Google TV. The house is furnished with a mix of modern and vintage furniture, sourced from the charming brocante markets held every Sunday in the region. From the living room, there is a beautiful view of the valley. Adjacent to the living room is a generous bedroom with a king-size bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a double sink, a spacious shower, and towels are provided. The separate toilet adds extra convenience. From the living room, there is direct access to the spacious, covered (roof) terrace. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley and the sunset at the large dining table and in several seating areas. Adjoining this terrace is the wooden deck surrounding the heated pool (3 x 8 meters) with a parasol and four comfortable sunbeds. The pool is accessible via a wide staircase where children can stand or where you can sit in the water and enjoy the view. Upper Floor: A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, where two cozy bedrooms are furnished. Both rooms have two comfortable single beds (90 cm each), perfect for children or friends traveling together. All bedrooms are equipped with 4-season duvets, high and low pillows, fans, and blackout shutters. Upon arrival, the beds are made. Lower Floor: The lower floor houses the garage, where a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack are available. Outdoor Space: The house is situated on a plot of more than 1 hectare, where children can play freely or where you can relax in the various seating areas or in the hammock. Parking: Upon arrival, you can easily park in the private parking area with space for 2 to 3 cars. From here, there is direct access to the garden and the entrance of the house via 1 or 2 steps.
