Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood. Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note *Parking Passes & Wristbands are included with your reservation (limit 2 parking passes). -- RESORT FEE: A $100 resort fee applies for every 2-week stay. The first $100 is included in your reservation. If your stay extends beyond 2 weeks, an additional $100 will be charged for each additional 2-week period. Policies: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. 7. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
