Large house with large garden and swimming pool equipped with all amenities, close to the beaches and only a 20-minute drive from Lucca. The space The fully independent house surrounded by a garden consists of two levels On the first floor, with direct access from the parking lot, there is the kitchen, a small relaxation area, a double room a double bedroom and a single bedroom with a pull-out bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub. On the ground floor: entrance with relaxation area and TV, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor: large kitchen with large table, relaxation area with sofa, one bedroom with private bathroom, one double bedroom and one double bedroom that share a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Tuscan cooking lessons are also available in my home upon request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Upon request, you can have Tuscan cooking lessons, or celebrate your wedding... but no more than 12 people... in the garden during your stay. If your stay is more than 7 nights, the gardener will come to cut the grass. You will be notified the day before to have the garden free for at least 3 hours. Towels are provided.
