Welcome to Llanarth House! Enjoy your stay with the comforts of home. The well-equipped kitchen is great for cooking your own meals, or take things outside and fire up the BBQ. After a day out and about, relax by the fireplace, or unwind in one of two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. Enjoy the garden, listen to the native birds, and take in the rural outlook. Located just 3km from Mosgiel and under 20km to Dunedin and the Airport, this could be the ideal base for your getaway! The space Two bedrooms Both rooms have king sized beds, cotton sheets, super king duvets and a variety of pillows. You’ll find plenty of wardrobe space and power points in the rooms too. Kitchen Well stocked for cooking and baking, plus a wide variety of teas and coffees. We'll leave you breakfast staples like fresh bread, milk, and eggs to get you started (please note these aren’t replenished or prepared for you) and other options in the cupboard. Outside, there is a BBQ, with a gas bottle, utensils, large picnic table and plenty of seating. Entertainment Relax with Netflix and Freeview on the TV, and there's plenty of books, magazines, games, and puzzles. Even a piano if you’re feeling musical! For some fresh air, grab the yoga mats for a session under the trees or enjoy a walk around the garden and lawn. Heating/cooling The heatpump is great for convenient heating and cooling, but you can't beat the fireplace (plenty of dry firewood and fire starting material provided) on cooler days. The house is fully double-glazed and fitted with sheer curtains for privacy. Bathroom The bathroom includes a shower and toilet and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels and toilet paper are provided for your entire stay. Accessibility The spacious, level parking area is a short walk from the front door, perfect for rainy days or guests with mobility needs. Entry is via a 4” step with a 1m wide sliding door for easy access, and good outdoor lighting for arrival after dark. Cleaning & Laundry We use environmentally friendly, low-fragrance cleaning products. Unfortunately we can't provide a washing machine, but there is a washing line, drying rack, basket, pegs, and washing powder, to make trips to the local laundromat easier. Location Just 3km from the centre of Mosgiel, Llanarth House is tucked away on a lifestyle property, set well back off the road, down a long driveway. The house sits approximately 50m behind our family home. Guest access Self check-in; simply collect your key from the lockbox for easy access. Please make yourself at home! Wander the garden and spacious lawn area around the house, but access to the farm and garage is not permitted. Other things to note •No smoking or vaping inside the house •No pets •Not suitable for children under 6 •No washing machine
