The space For the comfort of our guests, the studio has: - 1 queen size double bed, 1 sofa bed (only accommodates 1 small child), closet, flat screen TV and air conditioning; - Kitchen with minibar, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining space with bench and 2 chairs; - Nice balcony; - 1 social bathroom; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space (does not accommodate trucks and large cars). * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated.
