The space The accommodation is as follows : Ground floor : - A 50 m² living room, including the open-plan kitchen, with bay windows overlooking the wooded garden - An open-plan kitchen with bay windows overlooking the wooded garden, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area. - A shower room with shower and WC First floor : - 50 m² lounge with double sofa bed, TV and coffee table - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) Exterior : - The total outdoor space is 5000 m² and part of the garden is accessible to the gîte's tenants (approximately 600 m²), the other part is reserved for the owners. There is a table, chairs and swings. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. - Breakfast on request at weekends at extra cost. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
