It consists of a 50 m² living room area, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m² with swing. The space The accommodation consists of the following: On the ground floor: - A 50 m² living room, including the open kitchen, with bay windows overlooking the garden - An open kitchen with bay windows overlooking the garden, it is equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove and a dining area - A bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - A 50 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and coffee table - Bedroom 1: one queen size bed (160 × 200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) Outdoor: - The total outdoor space is 5000 m² and part of the garden is accessible to the tenants of the gîte (about 600 m²), the other is reserved for the owners. There is a table, chairs and swings. Other things to note - Linens and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic). - No pets allowed in the accommodation. - The quiet of the neighborhood is to be respected. - Breakfast on request on weekends for an extra charge - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
