Small double bedroom available at the rear of a spacious terraced house in Felinfoel. Recently renovated with a big living room and modern kitchen. Some minor decorating in hallway to finish. Co-op, butchers, shops, takeaways, pubs, petrol station, and MOT garage are all in Felinfoel and easy walking distance. Prince Philip Hospital nearby and 10min drive to M4 motorway. Cycle track at the rear leads to Swiss Valley reservoir and provides an easy route to Furnace and Llanelli town centre. The space The house is on an old terraced street built at the turn of the twentieth century. The kitchen is modern looking and has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s a large open plan combined dining and living room. The bathroom has been refurbished with a nice shower and large bath. Upstairs has been decorated recently with new carpets. You’ll be renting a room in my home, which although modern, clean and quite tidy, is occupied and lived in continuously. So - if you’re in the area and looking for a cheap couple of nights and somewhere you can treat like you’re own home then this might be just the place for you. I live here with my dog and lodger, both are quiet and respectful. 😁 Hopefully we’ll see you soon. Guest access You’ll have access to your own bedroom, a shared bathroom and all communal areas. There is access to the cycle track at the rear of the property. However, the path is currently uneven due to ongoing building work in the garden. Guests using the garden path must be cautious and use of the path is at their own risk. Also, the decking area is out of bounds awaiting repair.
