The accommodation is located about 10 km from Karlsruhe, combining a quiet setting with convenient connections. The space This attractive and stylish apartment is flooded with natural light and features a high-quality interior throughout. With approx. 120 m² of living space, the apartment offers three beautiful bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. A real highlight is the large wrap-around balcony with exposure to two directions, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and a barbecue—the perfect place to relax and truly enjoy sunny days. Sleeping arrangements: First bedroom: Large king-size bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m). A baby cot can be added here on request. Second bedroom: Comfortable extendable sofa bed suitable for two guests. Third bedroom: Cozy queen-size bed and a charming French balcony. Additional sleeping options are available in the living room, which features two large pull-out sofa beds, depending on your needs. Spacious, bright, and flexible—ideal for families, groups, or longer stays where comfort really matters. Guest access For my guests, the entire apartment is available for exclusive use. In addition, there is an outdoor parking space on the property, which can be used for free. Check-in is handled via a modern code lock, allowing you to arrive independently at any time without the need for key handovers or fixed schedules. Your personal access code will be provided before arrival. An early check-in may be possible upon request, subject to availability. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, so you can of course also cook for yourself. The equipment includes a chic fitted kitchen with dishwasher and stove. There is also an oven. The bathroom is also nicely furnished with a bathtub including a shower. The toilet is separate. Just bring your toothbrush and you can use it. There is enough storage space for other utensils. Towels and everything else you need for life are available in the apartment. Please note! A dryer and washing machine are available, but access is only possible with the landlord and is subject to a fee. Bicycles can be stored on the ground floor and dry in the bike shed.
