Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Huron, five minutes from Kincardine, this lovely waterfront secondary unit offers water access, incredible views and the relaxing sound of waves lapping (or crashing!) on the shore. Lots to do and see with great access to amenities (2 bikes & 2 kayaks included), set right on the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail with the new KIPP (Kincardine to Inverhuron Provincial Park) trail at the top of the street. The space This is the lower level of a duplex with the owner occupying the upper unit (may or may not be there). Comfortable and well-equipped with spacious living areas inside and out with lake views from both. You have private outdoor space with a firepit and use of the entire property for games (cornhole, croquet, bocci ball, volleyball & badminton available). Lots of fun to be had in this family friendly neibhourhood -2 nearby parks and trails at your door. Lake access with use of 2 kayaks included. Please note it is a rocky beach - beautiful sand beaches are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride on the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail. Guest access Your private outdoor area includes a comfortable lounge/dining area with outdoor lighting, plus a grassy area with a fire pit. Guests are also welcome to use the large grassy front lawn for games like frisbee, corn hole, bocci ball, volleyball, badminton, and croquet (all provided). Guests also have access to a waterfront deck and fire pit - all beaches are public in the area but you usually have it to yourself! Other things to note There are lots of great options for activities in the area for walking, hiking, biking and beaches: Waterfront Carriage Trail with direct access from the property, Stoney Island Conservation is 1 kil away, Inverhuron Provincial Park (5mins by car or 20mins by bike), as well as beautiful trails and beaches in Kincardine, just 5 minutes away. Two neighourhood parks are within easy walking distance and the house sits on the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail so biking is safe and easy in either direction....Inverhuron trails and beaches one way and Kincardine town, beaches, and trails in the other.
