The property is located in the middle of Lofoten and centrally located in the center of Unstad, with a short distance to the beach and leisure activities. Fantastic views. The property has favorable sun conditions, which gives sun from morning to evening. In winter, the Northern Lights will provide a memorable and spectacular experience. The property was renovated between 2019-2024, and today it is of a high standard. The space The property consists of 2 buildings, main house and outhouse. The main house has 2 floors + basement. 1st floor contains living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway, as well as large terrace/porch. 2nd floor has an attic hallway with exit to the porch, 3 bedrooms and an inner attic hallway with 2 extra beds if needed. Basement has freezer and extra shower of simple but quite decent standard. Charcoal grill and fire pan are available for use, if desired. Garbage bin in the back of the house with a yellow garbage bag. Guest access All facilities can be used by guests. Other things to note The nearest airport is at Leknes, 14 km from Unstad, 20 min drive by car. Alternatively, Svolvær also has an airport, 71 km and 74 minutes drive by car. Ferry route Bodø-Moskenes 3.25 hours, to Unstad 77 km, 80 min. Ferry route Skutvik (Hamarøy)-Svolvær, via Skrova, 2 hours (Summer route).
