Wi-Fi and TV are provided, and security cameras on the property ensure peace of mind during your stay. Outside, a well-kept garden and a covered terrace invite you to unwind. Enjoy relaxing evenings with a gas grill and a small electric grill. Two free parking spaces are available directly at the house, ideal for larger groups. The apartment retains its original 70s/80s charm and is being lovingly renovated to combine comfort and character. A traditional Bavarian inn is located on site for your convenience. The region offers many excursions: Passau, Vilshofen, Ortenburg Wildlife Park, and Pullman City are all within easy reach. Nature lovers can relax in the Bavarian Forest National Park. Pets (max. 2) are allowed for an additional fee—please note several cats live on the property. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Guided tours are available upon request for an extra charge.
