The picturesque porch calls to you with its yard games, like croquette and corn hole, or simply to relax with a cup of coffee in the old white rocking chairs. But instead you decide to see where the walking trail leads. The wide dirt trail is perfect for wandering into nature without having to truly hike or bushwhack. As you wander, you pause suddenly, as surprised as the deer you’ve just stumbled upon. The peaceful stroll leads to an open meadow bursting with wildflowers. You can see unique rock formations and a small cave where young vultures are nesting. Continuing, you discover the private pond, that soon will boast a well stocked array of fish for your catch and release. For now, you take in the serene scene and plan a picnic there later.
