To comply with our tax obligations, we will request a national ID number (for Peruvian guests) or a passport (for foreign guests). The bedroom includes one double bed and one 1.5-plaza bed, a 40-inch Smart TV with a Netflix profile, a closet, desk, lamp, and dresser. It also comes with an iron and a hair dryer. There is a full bathroom equipped with a Rotoplas instant water heater that provides adjustable hot water. The living–dining area includes armchairs, coffee tables, and a rocking sofa. The dining area has a square table for four guests with four dining chairs. Perfect for remote work and long stays, as it offers a desk and fast, stable fiber-optic internet. For long stays (10 nights or more), a mandatory cleaning service will be performed, including a change of sheets and towels. This cleaning has no cost for the guest. The number of cleanings will increase depending on the length of the stay. The kitchen features a large worktop finished with large-format black ceramic tiles. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, four-burner stove with oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, and cleaning supplies. We offer laundry and drying service (automatic washer and gas dryer) upon coordination and for an additional fee. You will also find several nearby establishments offering laundry services. The access is completely independent and private (you receive your keys and control your own check-in/check-out time).
