One of the windows has a view to the river, about 100 metres away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a dining table, situated under the window. The large living room has high ceilings and the large windows let light flood in. You will find a comfortable sofa and armchair to kick back and relax, and a TV (no streaming service available). With artwork and bright splashes of colour, this apartment has an artsy vibe, where you will feel relaxed and at home. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers. Being on the third floor, this property is nice and quiet. There is a lift in the building but it may not be working, so please be aware this property is up 3 flights of stairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property. There are 2 rooms that are locked, which contain the host's belongings. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm until 7am, and when entering and exiting the building. This property is not suitable for babies or children, since it is on the third floor, with opening windows. No smoking allowed.
