Family & Pet-Friendly Beach Home

Located in the beautiful Laguna Beach area on the west end of PCB, our home is just a short 4-block walk to a peaceful and less crowded beach. Designed with families in mind, our home offers top-quality amenities for a relaxing and fun summer vacation. Nestled on a serene, tree-shaded plot in a quiet residential street, our home is also a short 10-minute drive from 30A and Pier Park. We've got it all, so just bring your bathing suits and ready-to-relax selves. The space Welcome to Peachy & Beachy! We've recently moved to PCB from Marietta, GA, which is why we named our house Peachy & Beachy. This summer we decided to rent out our home while we travel. Since this is our residence for the rest of the year, you'll enjoy a range of premium amenities: Spa-Like Bathroom and Outdoor Shower: Indulge in a luxurious bathing experience in our freestanding tub or peaceful outdoor shower. Gourmet Kitchen Equipment: Brew your perfect cup with our Breville espresso machine, complete with a milk frother and flavored syrup. Cook up a storm with our cast-iron pots and stainless steel pans. We prioritize sustainability, so you'll find glass containers and cups instead of plastic. Pet-Friendly Yard: We have two large dogs, so our backyard is fully fenced and perfect for pets to run around. Just please clean up after your pet does their business outside. Comfortable Bedrooms: Each room features brand-new, super comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep. Fully-Stocked Kitchen: Feel free to use our spices, sauces, and other essentials. We kindly ask that if you use a significant amount of something, you replace it for the next guests to enjoy. For the little ones, there's an outdoor swing, LOTS of toys including a pillow fort, and potty stools and seats. For the smallest travelers, we have 1 pack n play, a convertible high chair to booster seat, and a changing pad. For remote workers: we have great monitors, adjustable standing desks, and ergonomic chairs...but don't work too hard the beach is waiting :) We've got everything you need—just bring yourselves and enjoy the beach! Make yourself at home and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences we cherish throughout the year. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. The shed in the back keeps our tools stored and one closet has a lock because it's just our AC unit. Everything else is yours to have fun with.
