Private room in family home

Have fun with the whole family at our bright and beautiful home! The room is spacious and private, furnished with a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, half closet, dresser and shared bathroom. The private room comes stocked with a noise machine to help with any sound from neighboring our fun loving three young boy’s room. Our family includes a 6 year old, 4 year old and 10 month old baby so come prepared to share in the joys of our family! The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *Due to the shared nature of common spaces we only allow female guests* Located in the quaint town of Sumner, we are within walking distance of parks, trails, shops and restaurants. 30 minutes from the airport (traffic dependent), 45 minute drive from Seattle, 20 minutes from the Tacoma Dome, with central access to HWY 167 and 18. We are less than a 5 minute drive to the Sounder train which has weekday access to Seattle and the surrounding areas. Rainier is day trip accessible and there are endless outdoor opportunities all around! Guest access Guests will have their spacious private room furnished with a queen bed, private workspace, half closet (the other half holds your portable A/C unit and fan, if needed), and a shared bathroom. Access to the kitchen is available but priority will be given for family care and cooking. With proper communication we can work out a schedule for use, if needed! During your stay We are a busy homeschool family that has some weekly scheduled activites outside the house in both the morning and evenings. You are likely to encounter us in the shared spaces and can expect respectful curiousity and possibly interactions from the two older boys if in shared spaces (4 years old and 6). This is a family house afterall and we would love to share in the joy of life together! Private spaces are fully respected.
