Rental unit in Fairbanks

This apartment has independent kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 entrances, one is facing south, the other is facing east. It is located in downtown area, close to Costco, Walmart, gas station, city hall, university. And there are lots of restrants around here. A pretty peaceful area in town. There are security cameras cover yard area, and it also gives a big area for parking. In this apartment, we got 1 queen size bed, 1 twin size bed, 1 sofa bed. We can add one camp bed if you request. The space In the small bedroom, there is one door locked from both sides. Please keep the nob from your side locked in all time for safty purpose. Guest access First floor Other things to note We have other space as Airbnb space in upstairs and downstairs. There might be someone that need quiet time. Your kindness will be really appreciated.
