Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space - Private entrance - Free parking spot outside the house. - Large entrance area with a workspace for a "workation" or "work-away". - Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, range hood, oven, refrigerator, and stove. - Living room with dining table (4 people) and pull-out sofa bed (for one adult or possibly two children) - Charming bedroom with - Double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) - Blackout out curtains - Dresser - Magnificent mountain views and sunny - Baby travel cot on request Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and towel radiator. Private terrace with seating area, sun lounger, hammock, and space to store skis. On request, I offer private yoga lessons (in the forest or at home). Guest access The apartment is very private, in the basement of our house. The entrance is private and the terrace in front of the apartment is also private. The small, quiet playground next door is public and children can play table tennis or soccer on the school square below the house. Other things to note The Trinser spa tax (CHF 1.50 per person/night) is not included. Please deposit on site at the property (cash or Twint). Pets: 1 dog is allowed. Please ask us about other pets. Animals must not be left in the bedroom or alone in the apartment. Sunday check-in is possible in exceptional cases. Please inquire.
