House Veronika by the pond

THE WHOLE HOUSE FOR YOU with two apartments and a swimming pool! Come and relax in the hot tub at the Veronika house! From the balcony, outdoor terrace or hot tub you can watch the surface of the pond with all its animal inhabitants with a glass in your hand... If you are lucky, a kingfisher will fly in front of you and greet you with its typical greeting :-) You can spend evenings romantically by the fireplace, or outside at a barbecue with friends or family... In the heat, the recessed heated pool will cool you down, where you can swim comfortably in summer and in the evening :-) The space The house has a total of 2 housing units, so it is suitable for larger groups of up to 12 people...¨(in the case of children even more) You can sit together at the grill, or everyone can enjoy their own private pool and hot tub and in the evening each family has their own privacy in the apartment :-) The lower unit is a studio type, suitable for up to 4 people with its own kitchenette and a beautiful modern bathroom. The upper apartment unit is larger, with 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen, suitable for about 6-8 people... In the bathroom there is a whirlpool bath with hydromassage and a shower... come and enjoy your stay in nature and at the same time not far from the most interesting tourist destinations of southern Bohemia.-) Only the whole house is rented at once, so that guests have all the space only for themselves and have complete privacy by the pool, grill, hot tub and garden :-) Guest access each housing unit has its own entrance. You can enjoy the outdoor space together, the garden, the pool, the grill and the outdoor hot tub... Other things to note The holiday home is not suitable for parties and celebrations, with regard to the peace and quiet of the people living in the neighborhood. If you want to celebrate, please use another accommodation! If you belong to really very noisy groups even during normal daytime hours, we also ask for consideration and use of another accommodation, because the proximity of the water surface greatly amplifies the transmission of noise to other living citizens in the area... The cottage is located in a protected landscape area and endangered animal species (such as kingfisher) live here, so we try to respect the surrounding life of animals and also the people living here permanently. Please note that a refundable deposit of 300 euros (7500 CZK) is collected upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure after deducting the electricity consumed for 7 CZK/Kwh... Firewood, pets, etc. are free :-)
