Beautiful Marina Views. This is Two 2 bedroom condos that are connected by an adjoining door. Its great for larger families or bachelor/bachelorette parties. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms and 4 private terraces 2 private BBQ area, views to Marina, Pool, and Mountains including 3,000 sqft of room. This is perfect for large groups and can accommodate up to 16 people! The space This is a huge condo! Perfect for large parties! We have hosted all guests, from Bachelor parties to 60th birthday celebrations to family vacations. We are located right on the Marina with amazing views and perfect for walking downtown to enjoy the nightlife and restaurants that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in all of Cabo, is just a 5 minute water taxi or 15 minute walk around the Marina. We also provide you with free parking in our underground garage if you rent a car. Our guests will have access to our beautiful unit, a pool and outdoor gym that is reserved for guests and residents only, and a forth floor terrace to enjoy the view. We live in California so we will not be present at all during your stay. Cabo Wabo Cantina is located just downstairs and will deliver directly to the unit. El Squid Roe and many other bars are only a 5-6 minute walk away. Staying on the Marina gives you access to all the great activities in Cabo. If you rent a car we have an underground parking garage available for use, free of charge. We can also recommend a shuttle service that we use frequently for transportation to and from the airport. Guest access Guests have full access to the private unit. Guests also have full access to the shared pool and gym. Other things to note We have 24/7 security at the property and our property manager is in the lobby during office hours in case any urgent issues arise.
