Welcome to Twin Bears, a charming retreat nestled just 1/2 mile from the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. It offers a serene escape surrounded by nature. Twin Bears features two adjacent cabins, perfect for families or groups traveling together. The first cabin offers 3 bedrooms spread across 2 floors, ideal for younger guests or those seeking a traditional cabin experience. The 2nd cabin is a single-level retreat with 1 bedroom and a bathroom. There are no steps to enter this cabin. The space Welcome to "Twin Bears Cabin", located half mile from the parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet secluded enough and surrounded by nature. It consists of 2 cabins conveniently located next each other. First cabin has 3 bedrooms with two floors. Second cabin has a single bedroom and a bath with all facilities in one-level without any stairs to climb so that it is convenient for elderly family members to stay in this cabin while children and younger group stay in the 2-level cabin next to it. You'll enjoy the easy drive with no steep roads, sufficient to park 5 large cars/SUVs. Enter the cabin from the covered porch past a fully equipped kitchen into the vaulted living area with a Gas Fireplace, & Smart TV with Surround Sound. The master bedroom has a King bed, Jetted Tub and an LED TV. * KITCHENS: * Fully Equipped Kitchen (+lots of grocery stores within 5 miles) Kitchens consists of refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker. Bring your own ice, kpods, coffee filters and coffee please! * AMENITIES: Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, toilet paper, hand soap . We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels/blankets/soap/toilet paper/shampoo/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc.. Also please bring your own laundry detergent as needed for your stay. Please note: We offer free Wi-Fi at the cabin, but please note that you're in the mountains and service availability is not guaranteed. Internet providers may occasionally perform maintenance, which can cause temporary interruptions even for longer hours. If you're planning to do remote work or require a highly reliable connection, we recommend bringing a mobile hotspot or your own backup internet source just in case. Note: There are two charcoal grill outside the cabin but it is not part of the regular cleaning. Please clean it before and after use. Also, please put the ashes in the metal bucket next to it. Please do not use it when there are high winds to prevent accidental fire. We do not provide charcoal, please bring your own charcoal in case you're planning to use them. Note: This cabin has 4 x 30 Gallon trash bin in bearproof container. In between stay trash clearance can be arranged at extra cost. Note: Furniture and its arrangements are subject to change. * GAMES Sit N Play Arcade 60 games, NBA Jam * TV in all bedrooms, living room and Theater room (Roku (guest login required for paid services) in all rooms. * Free WiFi - Connect your work laptop, mobile for faster internet access... * 2 HotTubs - Sit back and soak your cares away in the hot tub on the upper deck. *Amenities are usually available but can not be guaranteed.* Note: One of the cabin has stairs to climb to enter the main level and spiral staircase to reach the lower level. Other cabin is wheel chair friendly to enter the cabin. Note: Guests are requested to first contact the host if there are issues related to their stay or in the cabin. We will be happy to have them fixed as soon as possible so that guests have a comfortable stay. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level of the cabin with a larger game room where guests can battle it out on the foosball or pool table then relax in the home theater area. The lower level also has two bedrooms, both with LED TV's ; one with a KING bed and the other with a Queen. Enjoy a little quiet time on the lower deck of the cabin as you rock in the rockers. This cabin has it all, a GREAT location, great amenities and and a cozy cabin feel. Pool access is seasonal (May - Sep (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day) ). Timing between 10 AM to 6 PM. Subject to weather conditions. *Amenities are usually available but can not be guaranteed.* ★ PETS★ ✓ 3 Dogs Maximum. Pets are welcome, subject to an applicable pet fee. Cats or any other pet other than dogs are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guest assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc. ★ NO SMOKINGVAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Minimum smoke cleaning charges $250 and additional charges as applicable. * Any problem in the cabin, please do not try to fix it yourself. Please inform us and we will send the appropriate technicians to fix the issues. * No parties or events allowed * Maximum 13 guests (or as per reservation whichever is less) only. * The primary person making the booking should be of age 25 or above and should be present at the cabin alongwith other guests throughout the reservation period. * Children below the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian who should be part of the reservation. * ID : We require a government-issued ID of the primary guest and full names/age of all guests upon booking. * Amenities are usually available but can not be guaranteed.* * ROOF: The roof is metal with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed. * We subscribe to periodical pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs, raccoons and other wild animals, including bears, spiders, snakes etc. Please practice bear safety guidelines. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car. Watch your children all the time. * SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras on the front porch and another one facing the parking area in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. This is for your protection. * OTHER SAFETY: Do not lean, sit or hang on the railings. Please watch your children all the time. CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer late check-out. Any delayed checkout will be charged at $50 for every 15 minutes of delay. * The owner is not responsible for any of the Guest’s or other occupant(s) valuables, cash or other property during the rental term or thereafter left at the rental house. * Ladybugs: From October through the third week of November, it’s ladybug season in the mountains! You may notice them around or even occasionally inside the cabin, as they’re naturally drawn to warmth. As these seasonal visitors are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for their presence. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy the unique beauty of mountain life! * REFUNDS/change-of-reservation We do not offer refunds or change of schedule for weather, natural disasters, accidents or illness or other reasons. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance. Guest access There are a few steps to climb to the front door of the first cabin. Second cabin doesn't have any stairs and wheel chair friendly to enter the cabin. Parking space is spacious for 5 large vans. Please use parking brakes, drive slowly/carefully while parking. You're in a mountainous area, so the parking spots have a slight decline/incline. Walk to the parkway in 10 minutes and catch a trolley into town. Other things to note In a cabin safe neighborhood.
