The space The architect of this villa, delivered in October 2022, made use of the ever-present trade wind in the design, making the tropical temperature feel wonderful, both on the terrace and in the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A baby bed with bedding and a high chair are available (free of charge) upon request, as well as a safety device around the swimming pool. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room can be used for your personal laundry. Beach towels are ready for you to go to the beach. The master bedroom with French doors to the swimming pool is located on the ground floor. The bathroom en suite with luxury bathroom furniture with double sinks and rain shower is spacious and cozy. When you take the stairs down, you will find the other four bedrooms and three more bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is extra spacious and equipped with a pantry, dining table with 2 chairs, a refrigerator and French doors to a private terrace. A pleasant breeze blows through the shutter windows of the living room, making it always nice and cool in the house. The wide doors to the terrace can be completely pushed away, so that the living space inside seamlessly flows into the tropical life outside. The seating area in the living room features a Smart TV. You can set the LED lighting to your own choice and taste, so you can create your personal vibe in the house. The kitchen with cooking island and cozy tree trunk table is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and practical kitchen materials. For your culinary arts for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are two ovens available, one with microwave function, an induction hob, coffee machine, blender, large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort is an upscale resort with an 18-hole pay & play golf course. The location by the sea is unique, with the trade winds challenging every player. The resort features a snow-white palm beach with beach tennis court, diving school with two house reefs in the bay, a cozy beach bar and two restaurants including the renowned Brass Boer. In addition, you can also have a drink, lunch or dinner on the cozy terrace of the golf clubhouse, located in the old manor house of the resort. The tennis courts are also located there. Security staff ensure a carefree stay 24/7. The resort is centrally located on the island.
