RL Casa Vacanza "Vintage" is located in Malgrate and a 3min walk from the lake. Malgrate has a beautiful lakefront from which it's possible to admire the city of Lecco in all its naturalistic context between the lake and the mountains and this is what makes it more precious and unique. There's also a small beach where you can enjoy some relaxation and swim in the summer months. Activities around: hiking, cycling (rent bikes from us) and the nearest SKI station is 25min by car: Piani di Bobbio. The space The apartment consists of a long hallway at the entrance that connects the bedroom, bathroom and living room with a dining table and a separate kitchen. In the bathroom there is a bathtub/shower, bidet and a window. There is a balcony in the bedroom where you are also allowed to smoke. There is a washing machine and you can use it without additional costs (a drying rack is also available to guests). Other things to note Please note that there is NO A/C. The apartment is provided with centralized heating in winter. Kindly prepare some coins to pay a tourist tax of 2€/person/night (up to maximum 5 nights taxable) as we collect these on behalf of Malgrate's municipality. Nearby the apartment there are: Malgrate-Lecco bus stop, grocery store, bar, tobacconist (everything just 2min walk), newsagent, hospital, petrol stations, restaurants and "Conad" supermarket, all reachable on foot or by car (3-5min by car). The Conad supermarket is the nearest one situated in Via Roma, 7 Pescate and it’s a medium size market where tourists can buy all the necessary things/food.
