Located on a quiet street, away from busy road noise, it's a private oasis and still close to everything. This cottage may not be rented for fewer than 30 consecutive days. Our cottage has all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing! The property includes boogie board, beach chairs and an umbrella. There is no need to rent beach accessories, we have everything you'll need. Parking is available out front with access to a private entrance. The lovely outdoor space includes a small private yard with a deck, gas BBQ, large umbrella, and a bistro dining set. It's the perfect setting for outdoor meals and lounging. The spacious living room includes a new leather couch with a full size memory foam pullout bed, dining table and a Smart TV with cable, Netflix, and more. The kitchen features Mango and Koa cabinets, granite counter tops, a 2 burner glass stove top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a full-sized refrigerator. All the essentials (including spices) to make you feel at home. The large private bedroom includes a Cal-King size bed with a 14" memory foam mattress, and plenty of room to relax. The mirrored sliding closet doors help to brighten the room. Brand new ac unit in bedroom. Walk-in shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body-wash dispensers. Stackable apartment size washer and dryer included with detergent and dryer sheets, so you can pack light! This truly is your home away from home! The cottage has its own private and separate yard with deck. Relax in the morning with your coffee and listen to the birds. BBQ in the evening with the gas grill. There is parking out front. We will greet you upon arrival and then leave you to your privacy unless you need anything. We live in the main home and are available if needed for any reason, but we completely respect your privacy during your stay. Of course if you need any help or recommendations, don't hesitate to let us know. World famous Kailua! Beautiful sunrises! Our super soft white powder sand beach provide so much to do! Swim, boogie board, snorkel, kayak, SUP, kite surf, walk along 2 1/2 miles of beautiful turquoise ocean or just relax! Hiking! Beautiful scenic hikes and to waterfall hikes (of course which are scenic too) are just 10-15 minutes away. Bike around Kailua and cruise some of the neighborhoods. Dining galore! famous local restaurants, poke places, plate lunch places, vegan, ethnic restaurants, local and mainland grocery stores including WholeFoods. Shopping! from local boutiques to big box there is something for everyone! While there is a lot to do and see in Kailua, we recommend doing the island! Our cottage is the perfect place to come home to and unwind after visiting the North,West and South shores of Oahu! So much to enjoy!! There is a bus stop located one block from the property. The beach is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Take the bikes to cruise around town and explore Kailua. Easy access to all major freeways and highways to get you around Oahu! Location! Location! We are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the H3, Pali highway and Likelike, a short 20 minutes to the airport.
