This is a Studio Suite, on the top, 4th floor of a corner unit. There is an elevator for guests. This suite has a king size bed with quality cotton linens. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo! The kitchenette includes a microwave, bar fridge, Keurig coffee maker, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery (no sink). The loveseat pulls out to a single bed. The gas fireplace is a cozy feature and the lovely balcony offers the perfect spot to enjoy a good book, coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the ocean breeze. Enjoy a lovely cedar gazebo at the ocean’s edge with seating and gas fire pits to watch the sunsets! New restaurant now open onsite - Pacific Moon Rising. Free parking, covered parkade available. Per Strata bylaws - NO SMOKING/NO VAPING anywhere in the unit, balcony, on property except for designated areas. NOTE: The indoor pool is closed on Mondays for regular maintenance and cleaning and the out door hot tub is closed Thursdays for regular maintenance and cleaning.
