Apartment just 150 meters from the sea, close to the supermarket, mall, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, and all local businesses. For a couple without children who want to explore the city, the beach and the gastronomic and nightlife... almost everything on foot... which is ideal at this time of year, when the traffic is terrible! The apartment has a parking space, but it is not exclusive, and it may be full on holidays! Reservations for at least 10 days. The space Guests can use all the spaces in the apartment except the bedroom that is locked with the owner's belongings. Guest access All common areas of the property, except for the locked bedroom. Other things to note On the Terrace there is a party room with Very cozy barbecue and next to a common clothesline. Parking becomes very unfeasible in the summer because there are few spaces, so the ideal is to come without a car and use app drivers, bike rental, scooter, and of course walking!
