The space An open concept first floor creates an ideal gathering space for the whole group. There is also a powder room and laundry room side by side. Outdoor areas include a front porch with hammock swings and a back deck (off the kitchen) with a dining table for four, and a grill. The second floor includes two bedrooms with generous closet space, and dedicated work spaces. Off the hallway there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The master bedroom has a deck, and there is also a front balcony, accessible from the main hallway. The larger bedroom includes a king bed and queen size air mattress, while the other 2nd floor bedroom has a queen bed. The third floor is two adjoined bedrooms, and another full bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of two locked closets, two locked cabinets, and the basement. With easy, automated check-in and check-out using the Smart Lock, you can be sure to feel right at home right from the beginning of your stay. Other things to note Pet fees are $25 per night, per pet. We will reach out to you through the Airbnb resolution center to collect the remaining pet fee balance. The interior stair cases are slightly steeper than normal; both sets. We're available to help make your stay the best it can be, but the level of communication is entirely up to you.
