This is common in many downtown areas and they are generally harmless. For your safety and peace of mind, the building is equipped with 24/7 security, CCTV cameras, and dedicated night personnel who patrol and monitor the premises. ⚠️ Historic Building Character Originally built in the early 1900s, the building’s classic brick architecture adds a unique charm to your stay. As with many older buildings, you may notice a mild scent from the materials. This is entirely normal and not harmful. If you are sensitive to smells, this unit may not be the best fit. Setting the air conditioning to a higher setting can help improve airflow and reduce any scent within the unit. ⚠️ Pest Control Notice: All units receive routine professional pest control to maintain a comfortable environment.
