Cozy 1 bedroom apartment, 5min walk to the sea!

Our one bedroom apartment is located on the Third floor with a ocean view with a lot of natural light. Right in the center of town -- three blocks/5-minute walk from the main waterfront and a 3-minute walk to the farmer's market and affordable food court. This fully-furnished apartment includes a stocked kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, etc.), dining/living room, separate bedroom and bath. The space The apartment has one queen size bed and one twin sofa bed in the private bedroom. One twin sofa bed in the main living area provide additional sleeping capacity for families and larger travel groups. The fully-stocked kitchen enables you to save money cooking a few of your own meals so as to spend funds on island tours. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment via a private entrance with an electronic door lock. Other things to note Once you make a booking, we will send you a 30-page Welcome Guide .pdf, which we created to provide our guests with tips on island excursions (land and marine), weather and packing suggestions, local history, check-in instructions, and more. NOTE: Reservations longer than 10days require cleaning every 5-6 days. The guest is responsible for the $25 cleaning fee. Extra charges will be made if the apartment is left extremely dirty or if there is damage or missing items.
