Your group will be talking about this one for years to come. Guest access The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit. Other things to note **Guests use ALL amenities at their own risk** ** Must be 21 years old or over to book ** Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 6. (All ages count towards the guest count) Sleeping: 2 bedrooms (King & Queen Bed), additional sleeping with a blow-up mattress. Parking only allowed on property by carport (max 3 cars). Commercial film allowed with permit and prior consent. Location fee does apply. Events allowed with prior consent. Location fee will apply, and guests will need to obtain an event permit with the City of Yucca Valley as well as supply Event Insurance. Hot Tub/Pool - You are using this at your own risk. No excessive drinking or drug usage while utilizing these amenities. Please rinse off beforehand. Pool heating requires a 24hr notice (prior to check in) and a pool heating fee of $200/night (all nights of your stay required). If pool heating is paid, we heat the pool to 87 degrees from 8am to 5pm. Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time. No pets allowed in pool or spa. Hair can clog our filters. If we find pet hair in the filter, you will be charged the cost to replace the filter. Spa heating is included in your stay. Pets (Dogs Only) allowed only if added to booking prior to check in and a paid pet fee (max of 1 dog allowed). Pet fee is $150 per stay. We ask that you please pick up all dog poop. We also ask that you do not let them on any furniture. If there are stains on couches, rugs or bedding, there will be additional charges. CRITTERS: We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside. Refrigerator - Ice/Water line is not hooked up. We do have ice trays in the freezer for guest use. Guests are to bring their own firewood. Please note that no fires are permitted during high winds.
