Just bring your pods supplies The space This is a three hour pool rental, and it includes the first five people. Each additional person is $10. The maximum pool capacity is 30 An indoor bathroom , changing room and bar is included in this rental ADDITIONAL HOURS AFTER THE FIRST THREE HOURS Each additional hour is $50per hour for groups of 12 or less Each additional hour is $60 for groups of 13-20 Each additional hour is $85 for groups of 21-30 *****Airbnb covers liability for each individual on your reservation. Additional persons not accounted for on your reservation are/are considered unauthorized guest(s) and will be turned away. These reservations are monitored by the hosts. Please be honest regarding your intentions an number of guests when making your reservation. *******A ' Stay' is available at a nominal cost but this listing is for pool/bar /bathroom. changing room use only. Guest access Guest will be greeted at the driveway or pool gate. THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS AT THE POOLand around the entire perimeter of the building Access to any other portion of the property is strictly prohibited. Please inform your guests of this and all pool , airbnb or swimply and event rules Other things to note Please limit guests to 30. If you have additional guests, they will be allowed to stay as long as they are replacing someone that leaves. You will be charged $15 additional guest over 30 AS WELL. We prefer that you stick to just 30 guests and under to assure a manageable event. Typical pool rules apply including no smoking anywhere on the property, no smoking, drugs, drinking, food o candy in the pool. GENERAL POOL RULESPOOL RULES CHILDREN must always be under supervision of the parent or adult(s) *****Absolutely no glass allowed at the pool. To avoid cross contamination, only clean swimsuits are allowed in the pool (NO STREET CLOTHES) ALLOWED in pool area: Fun Laughter Plastic cups and plates /silverware Bluetooth speakers Use of Barbecue Grill Use of pool balls and tubes COMMON SENSE and courtesy You are allowed to bring in furniture and chairs. Balloon arches with prior authorization Your own pool toys and games Please REMOVE EVERY SINGLE THING that you or your guests brought with you, including trash that does not COMPLETELY fit in our bin/can and allows the can to close. NB: There is an additional $50 to remove anything, including trash that doesn't fit in our bin regardless of anything at all. Use of bar and Bathroom SUNSCREEN NOT ALLOWED Gum Open sores and band-aids GLASSWARE DRUGS NOISE/loud music DJ's NUDITY FOOD AND DRINK IN THE POOL ACCESSING HOME other than Bar/changing room/Bathroom on Terrace level Cursing Diving in shallow Playing around drain/covers. Disconnected lights/light bulbs MOVING furniture or grill Fighting or any other negative behavior Firearms Balloons without prior authorization Small toys Dirty swimwear, street clothes and shoes Uninvited guests that are not accounted for on reservation. Loitering on the streets Blocking any of my neighbor’s driveways or blocking the street FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL Result in reporting to Airbnb/Swimply, immediate cancellation of reservation and a $500 fine There are NO exceptions , regardless of why/how/who/where/when---fault
