Upper-level bedroom with a standalone queen bed and a twin over full bunk plus additional TV. Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola or South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers upper-level bedroom, deck, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 7. ~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest. ~This unit has a regular drip coffee pot. ~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply ~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply ~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator ~This building DOES NOT have central AC ~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay ~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds. ~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots. ~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for their stay. The only exception would be if an owner has a locked closet or space for their personal items.
