We have a microwave, sandwich grill, electric coffee maker, washing machine, iron and Wi-Fi. The apartment has a water purifier! Sleeps up to 7 people. It has 2 bedrooms with balcony, 1 with a double bed and a love seat and another with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 extra mattress, a living room with a dining table with cushions on the chairs and a sofa, a kitchen, a laundry room and 1 bathroom with a glass shower. Living room and bedrooms with ceiling fan and air circulator with humidifier in both bedrooms. For the beach, we have 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas and 1 small cooler. For everyone's safety, it is necessary to bring bed linens (sheets/blankets) and bath linens (towels). Your small pet is welcome in our space! Only 1 per stay. Confirm beforehand. Guest access Free access to the swimming pool and barbecue area at no cost. Use of the condominium barbecue area must be scheduled with the caretaker for a period of 3 hours per day. Pool access is free and does not require scheduling. The use of a portable barbecue is NOT allowed on the premises of the apartment and the condominium. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible, however, they must be agreed upon with us in advance to avoid inconvenience. The entrance is closed between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. The use of portable barbecues on the premises of the apartment and condominium is NOT allowed. Each guest is required to bring bed and bath linens.
