Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bed, compact kitchenette with dining nook, and a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests have access to their own studio apartment with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Other things to note • This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed. • Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the first floor and accessed by stairs. • Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival. • Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building. • All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace. • There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. • A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay. • For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies
