Just 4 miles from downtown! 5 miles from River Walk, Alamodome, Alamo, Historic Gardens, Public Parks, and about 15 miles from Sea World The space The first floor has the living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, a full bathroom, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The couch in the dining room folds forward to turn into a futon bed between full and queen size. The couch in the living room is modular and converts to a large queen bed. The living room has a 85" Samsung 4K TV and Dolby Atmos Surround Sound System with Bluetooth Connection. The dining room area has the air hockey table with a ping pong top. The ping pong top converts to a dining top (remove the net). There are 2 dining benches and 2 dining chairs. There are also games such as giant jenga and giant connect 4. You may also eat on the kitchen island. There are 3 bar stools there. The backyard has the pool, a charcoal grill, cornhole game, pool volleyball game, and a hot tub. The hot tub costs extra to account for cleaning and utilities. It is usually $75 for a stay of 2 days or less, but may be slightly higher depending on the length of the stay. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with double shower and bath tub, and 2 other bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 room with a full over full bunk bed. There is also a hallway full bathroom. The balcony is outside the master bedroom and has the foosball table. Guest access You have access to the entire property aside from the the pool equipment / shed, maid closets, and hot tub (unless paid for). The hot tub requires you accept a disclaimer and pay the hot tub fee (usually about $75) before using. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor pool. It is cleaned / treated once a week with a full report generated containing photos and chemical readings. You may see the pool guys in the backyard if they are cleaning, but none have access to the inside of the house. The pool has a vacuum and leaf net available to use as well. That said, as it is an outdoor pool, by booking you fully acknowledge that it could have leaves or debris from being outside, and that this will not be a qualification for a refund. PLEASE NOTE: The home is fenced but if you are bringing a pet please check for yourself if he can fit through the entire perimeter of the fence. We will not be held liable for lost pets.
