Other things to note · No Boat Access: While our property is located on a private lake, there is no boat launch or boat access available at the house. · No Garage Access (Yet!): The garage will soon be stocked with exciting upgrades, such as bikes, games, and more, but it’s not currently accessible. · Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. · Fishing License: A Michigan fishing license is required for fishing in Pine Lake, which you can obtain online or at a local store. · Additional Guests: The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. If you have additional people, please inquire about possible arrangements beforehand. · Firepit Usage: Firewood is provided for the bonfire on the beach. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area. · Kayaks: Two kayaks with life jackets are available for use. Please ensure the kayaks are returned to the dock after use. · Winter Access: In winter months, please note that snow may be present. · Outdoor Activities: The property offers plenty of outdoor space, including the beach, deck, and yard, but guests are responsible for ensuring their safety when using the kayaks, fishing gear, or playing near the water. · Special Requests: If you have any special requests, such as additional supplies or specific amenities, feel free to ask! We will do our best to accommodate. · Pet-Friendly: We welcome your furry friends! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing pets so we can ensure everything is ready for them. · Fresh Eggs Available: Enjoy farm-fresh, organic, free-range eggs that are corn-free and soy-free.
