Annies river house!

Your group will enjoy Annies River House! Located on Main Street in beautiful historic Madison. We are just blocks from the majestic Ohio river, shopping, eateries and wineries! Rent a golf cart and maneuver through town with ease! Take in the history, the beauty and architecture of times past and know you have a comfortable spacious place to retire at the end of the day at Annies River House! Additional $10.00 per guest over two. One time fee. Additional $75.00 pet fee. One time fee. The space We welcome dogs! Only vaccinated, friendly dogs. Sorry no aggressive breeds allowed. We prefer you bring your dog's kennel if they are kenneled at home and are going to be left in the house for any length of time. If you do not kennel your dog I understand (I don't kennel) but then I ask that you do not leave your dog unattended in the house. We ask that you DO NOT allow your dog on/in any of our beds. We have beautiful couches! One couch is a soft Italian leather. Paws will scratch the leather! The other couch is a blue material that dog hair will weave into the material fibers. I will have pet covers on the couches but prefer pets not on the furniture. Sounds like a lot I know! Just asking please be responsible and considerate! Thank you in advance!! Just FYI the homes in the historic district have little to no yards. Our front yard is small and Main Street can be busy. Guest access Park and enter from the front of the house. Key code entry pad access! Back of the house has a large two car driveway and is accessed through the alley behind the house. Garage door is key coded also. Other things to note Annies River house has two stories. The main bedroom (king bedroom and bath) is on the entrance level along with the living area and kitchen. The other two bedrooms (queen beds that share a bath) are located in the basement level.
